Mental health recovery is a journey of healing and transformation. Our services are designed to enable individuals with a mental health problems to live a meaningful life in a community of their choice while striving to achieve his or her full potential.
IBH is a community behavioral health program for persons with mental illness and substance abuse challenges. The core principle to rehabilitation stems from the recovery model where staff partner with clients to facilitate identification of strengths, goals, and potential for growth. Work focuses on helping the individual manage their illness and move forward with their life. Establishing an identity other than having a mental illness is critical to the success of rehabilitation.
We believe in a holistic or integrated approach to care, so we integrate behavioral health, physical health (primary care), and wraparound services to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
